RDS consultants possess a wide variety of functional expertise together with extensive project management experience. Therefore they can effectively serve clients in a number of roles -- from consulting analysts to senior project managers.

Below are descriptions of the consulting positions that comprise the RDShasteen Consulting team.

Senior Engagement Manager

     Responsibilities :
          Manages relations for major clients or project.
          Oversees RDS's associates assigned to the project
               (This role may include management responsibility for associates working in various locations.)
          Oversees team management for client associates or other consultants as assigned by the client.
          Assigns specific project roles, as needed.
          Skill/Experience Requirements : 15-20 years of industry experience, over 8 years consulting
               and/or project management experience.

Project Manager

     Responsibilities :
          Coordinates team relations or functions within a client group.
          Oversees performance among all RDS associates supporting that team or function.
          Organizes and manages client associates or other consultants as allocated by the client.
          Assigns specific project duties.
          Skill/Experience Requirements : More than 10 years of industry experience, over 5 years consulting
               and/or project management experience. Excellent PC skills.

Consulting Analyst

     Responsibilities :
          Manages work of project sub-team or specific project task.
          Makes specific project assignments which demand a significant level of experience or skill.
          Skill/Experience Requirements : 8-10 year's industry experience, 3 years project management experience.                Excellent PC Skills (example: Microsoft Office, Database, Excel, etc)
