Dowell is in NE El Paso (Milagro Hills) I believe it is on Rushing street. I went there for 5th and 6th. I think Sandy Jones and Mary Wynn also went there also Diane Sims. The neighborhood was redistricted so we went to Andress for 8th and then to Irvin. I am second row from the left second seat, Diane Sims is in the back by the teacher, Ms. Bowman.
