This was the first page of the Irvin Observer dated May 5, 1967. Highlights of this page include a picture of the forty-
one top ten per cent named seniors. There are also articles on the girl's track team, Fredye Wright in the Miss El Paso Contest, Sue Ballard, Eileen Josue, & Pat Lanelli capturing Learn & Live Title, and a photo of members of the Irvin choir (please excuse the paint splatter!).

This is the second page of the Irvin Observer. Highlights of this page include a cartoon featuring Roger Dyal, an article by the Editor Libby Avant '67 on graduation, some pictures of people accidentally left out of the yearbook, a note of thanks to the cheerleaders Karen Minson, JoAnn Campbell, Debbie Meier, and Ann Hayes '68. There is also an article about the old and the new by Linda Keily '69, and my personal favorite is the article entitled "Graduation Aftermath".

This is page 3 of the Irvin Observer. Highlights of this page include an article about the Senior Honors Trip on April 12, freshman Tim Vannoy's placement in Der Wienerschnetzal contest (Dean Piper managed 12 hot dogs before giving up!), an amusing article on studyhall, and lots of ads for local businesses including Ditmore Jewelry (where my husband bought my wedding ring!).

This is page 4 of the Irvin Observer. Highlights of this page include an article about tennis players Jackie Guadagnoli, Ivonne Heras, and Debbie Darby reaching the state tournament in Austin. There is also an article on the announcement of track letters that were awarded by Coach Norman Phillips and an article about the upcoming baseball game between Irvin and Andress (with mention of Roger Dyal's historic homerun hit into the bedroom window of an Andress squad member).
